<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a valve plate from sticking to an end surface of a valve sleeve and being unremovable in a dumper valve of a hydraulic power steering device. <P>SOLUTION: The dumper valve 18 of the hydraulic power steering device 100 has a check valve 19 as a first valve; and a second valve 20 for permitting circulation of an operation oil from a hydraulic cylinder 106 to a hydraulic control valve 108 while throttling it. The second valve 20 has the end surface 26 of the valve sleeve 23 as a valve seat and the valve plate 25. The end surface 26 of the valve sleeve 23 is formed on a conical taper surface making an axis 23e of the valve sleeve 23 as a center. The valve plate 25 comprises a flat surface-like annular body. The valve plate 25 and the end surface 26 are brought into line contact. Elastic restoration force of the valve plate 25 acts in a direction for suppressing surface contact (whole abutment) of the valve plate 25 and the conical taper surface. Further, an end surface 26B as a flat-surface-like valve seat and valve plates 30, 31 comprising conical belleville springs may be used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
