<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog pointer type meter tuning instrument in which a pointer position is easily corrected, and to provide a pointer correction method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The analog meter type tuning instrument comprises; a cent deviation extracting part for converting an input signal to be tuned into a pulse signal to calculate a deviation from a reference signal; a drive data storage part for reading a drive data for displaying on a meter the deviation value obtained by the cent deviation extracting part and storing it therein; a correction value setting part for externally setting a correction value of the meter; a correction value storage part for reading from a memory a predetermined correction data on the basis of the input value inputted from the correction value setting part and storing it therein; a correction part for calculating the correction data using the drive data stored in the drive data storage part; and a driving part for driving the analog pointer type meter using the drive data calculated by the correction part, and the correction of the pointer position is facilitated by correcting the pointer stepwise in accordance with a set value set by the correction value setting part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
