<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform QoS control at a low delay in an enhanced uplink. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission rate control method disclosed herein includes: a step where a wireless channel control station informs the mobile station about service quality information of a logic channel; a step where the mobile station measures communication quality of the logic channel; and a step where the mobile station determines whether or not the mobile station controls the transmission rate of the uplink user data according to an instruction by a relative rate grant channel transmitted from a cell to which the mobile station is connected on the basis of the informed service quality information and a measurement result of the communication quality. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
