<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing tea with excellent flavor using the red sword beans of purple seed. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the tea with excellent flavor using the red sword beans of purple seed comprises a process of roasting the red sword beans at 170°C for 30-40 min, a process of cooling the roasted red sword beans for 15-20 min with cooling air to bring to 40-35°C, a process of crushing the cooled red sword beans with a crusher and a process of pack filling the crushed red sword beans of purple seed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
