PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a piston stroke without increasing the capacity of a linear motor. SOLUTION: A compression chamber (24) for a refrigerant is sectionally formed by inserting a piston (22) into a cylinder (21). A coil spring (41) is connected between the movable shaft (35) of the linear motor (30) and a piston shaft (23). The coil spring (41) is forcibly vibrated by the reciprocating motion of the movable shaft (35), and amplitude larger than the amplitude of the movable shaft (35) is transmitted to the piston shaft (23).
