PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate which is constituted by bonding a protective film on one side or both sides of a polarizing film across an adhesion layer and which has improved in-plane uniformity by suppressing stripe-shaped protruded and recessed nonuniformity. SOLUTION: The polarizing plate is constituted by bonding the protection film on one side or both sides of the polarizing film across the adhesion layer.
