PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet of satisfactory quality, in which a streak pattern is hindered from occurring and the quality of its appearance is improved. SOLUTION: A ultraviolet curing type photosensitive layer 21 is formed on the flat side of a lenticular lens sheet 151, a ultraviolet ray is emitted to the photosensitive layer 21 from the lenticular lens side. A curable section and an uncurable sections are formed based on the condensation of the lenticular lens and thus a light shield pattern is formed. The formation of the light shield pattern involves placing a light shield layer transfer film onto the photosensitive layer 21, the light shield layer is transferred onto the uncurable section of the photosensitive layer, and then a transfer film is peeled. The peeling process uses a peeling blade 31 that has a curvature radius of 5 mm or less at its leading end, a kinetic friction coefficient of 0.2 or less, and contains polyolefine, polyethylene fluoride or one or more types of a copolymer of these.
