PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction of pressure on a high pressure side without causing production cost increase of a supercritical refrigeration cycle. SOLUTION: An electronic controller 10 controls an opening of a pressure control valve 7 on the basis of detection signals of a temperature sensor 8 and a pressure sensor 9, and an ON-OFF signal of an electromagnetic clutch. When a compressor 1 stops, a refrigerant passage from a heat radiator 2 to an evaporator 4 is closed. Thereby, because it can be prevented that the pressure on the high pressure side falls even after the compressor 1 stops, the reduction of the pressure on the high pressure side can be prevented without causing the production cost increase of the supercritical refrigeration cycle.
