PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Oldham coupling having greatly improved workability when disassembled while avoiding hammering due to collision between coupling members. SOLUTION: The Oldham coupling 100 comprises a pair of first coupling members 1, 1 each having a protruded strip 5 or a groove and a second coupling member 10 having a groove 12 or a protruded strip to be sliding-paired with the protruded strip 5 or the groove of each of the pair of the fist coupling members 1, 1. Each of the pair of first coupling members 1, 1 has a tapered hole 7 to be fitted to a tapered shaft 41 on a driving side 40 and to a tapered shaft 51 on a driven side 50 around a rotating shaft and a pair of through-holes 8 each having a female screw 8a formed along the inner periphery in parallel to the tapered hole 7 and on an opposite face 4 to the second coupling member 10 for passing through the whole first coupling members 1, 1.
