PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater capable of preventing the occurrence of electromagnetic waves with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A heating wire 10 comprises: a core thread 11; a detecting wire 12 helically wound around the core thread 11; a first heating wire 15 and a second heating wire 18 that are helically wound in parallel on the detecting wire 12; and an insulating sheath 19 for covering these core thread 11, detecting wire 12, the first heating wire 15 and the second heating wires 18.
