PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyboard which facilitates touch-typing without significantly changing key arrangement in the keyboard generally used at present. SOLUTION: On this keyboard, keys for inputting major characters are sequentially arranged like the lattice in right-angled crosswise with four rows and ten columns or more. Small convex parts which can be sensed by the sense of touch are arranged only on four keys, that is, two keys 1a and 2a of the third row '3' and two keys 1b and 2b of the first row '4', and control keys and the other character keys are arranged around the keys arranged like a right-angled lattice.
