PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a technology for positively and easily preventing water from flowing into a prepared hole when inserting an expansion anchor in the prepared hole of a base material for construction. SOLUTION: The expansion anchor 1 is provided with a cut-off sleeve 4 at a side part. The cut-off sleeve 4 can be deformed swelling by fastening a nut 6 screwed with a screw shaft part 21 at the rear end side from an expansion part 32 of the expansion anchor 1. The prepared hole 111 can be sealed in a watertight manner with the cut-off sleeve 4 deformed swelling. A construction method of the expansion anchor provided with the cut-off sleeve deformable in a swelling manner is thus provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
