PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive polyester composition and an inexpensive sheet having excellent pinhole resistance, flexibility and impact resistance. SOLUTION: The polyester composition is obtained as follows. The polyester composition is composed of a terephthalic acid component in an amount of 50-99 mol% and a carboxylic acid component (carboxylic acid component A) having≥30C on the average in an amount of 1-50 mol% based on the whole carboxylic acid components, respectively and a glycol component which is a 2-4C alkylene glycol. The carboxylic acid component (carboxylic acid component A) is composed of 1-5 wt.% of a monocarboxylic acid component, 70-89 wt.% of a dicarboxylic acid component other than the terephthalic acid and 10-25 wt.% of a tricarboxylic acid component.
