摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that ejection efficiency is decreased by having a pressure loss increased because fluid resistance is increased on the grounds that hole parts, forming nozzles, of respective layers in a nozzle plate with a laminated structure, are formed in such a shape as to have the same diameter. SOLUTION: In the nozzle plate 10, a second member 12, in which a hole part 12a communicating with a hole part 11a of a first member 11 is formed, is provided on the surface, in the direction opposite to a droplet ejecting direction, of the first member 11 wherein the hole part 11a constituting the nozzle 9 for ejecting the droplet is formed. The second member 12 has a thickness t2; the surface of a laminated boundary face between the first and second members 11 and 12 has a nozzle diameter d2; the first member 11 has a thickness t1; an ejection surface has a nozzle diameter d1; the thicknesses of the respective members 11 and 12 satisfy the relationship, t1<t2; the nozzle diameters satisfy the relationship, d1<d2; and the hole part 11a of the first member 11 and the hole part 12a of the second member 12 are made concentric with each other.
