PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently removing fine inclusions as impurities in molten steel by sticking the inclusions on gas bubbles. SOLUTION: In the method for removing the inclusions in the molten steel by sticking the inclusions on the gas bubbles, a range 7 having large turbulence energy dispersion velocity is formed at the deep part side in the molten steel and also, a range 8 having smaller turbulence energy dispersion velocity than the above range 7 is formed as the range except the above range 7 by using a partition with a communication part, and the fine gas bubbles are generated in the above range 7 and the inclusions in the range 8 are floated up and separated by utilizing these gas bubbles.
