PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester which can be easily operated by an operator on the ground so as to enhance driving operability and to simplify loading and unloading on the loading platform of a truck. SOLUTION: The combine harvester has a working lever 25 for elevating and operating a reaping part 8 on an operation column 21 set in front of an operator seat 16, wherein the lower parts of right and left column frames 33 of the operation column 21 are freely rotatably connected to right and left fulcrum brackets 38 of a step frame 31 of a control platform 15 through right and left fulcrum shafts 20, a change lever shaft 39 is fixed on the left side surface of the left column frame 33, a brake plate 40 freely rotatable with fixed operating force is set on a shift lever shaft 39, the base part of a travel change lever 24 for traveling change operation is connected to the longitudinally swingable and horizontally freely rotatable brake plate 40 through right and left shafts 41, and the traveling change lever 24 is attached on the longitudinally rotatable operation column 21.
