PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric rotating system for a vehicle miniaturized, reduced in weight, and improved in vibration resistance. SOLUTION: Electric rotating machines 16A and 16L are arranged under a spring on a wheel side in relation to a suspension. Driving circuit 40R and 40L for driving the electric rotating machines 16R and 16L with rectangular waveform are arranged under the spring. Voltage control circuits 30R and 30L for controlling voltage to be supplied from a battery B to the driving circuit 40R and 40L are arranged over the spring on a car body side in relation to the suspension.
