Disclosed is an easily manufacturable multilayer piezoelectric device wherein a multilayer body is prevented from being mechanically destroyed by a stress. Specifically disclosed is a multilayer piezoelectric device wherein a multilayer body (10) is internally provided with a crack-inducing conductor layer (13) for forming a fine crack in the multilayer body (10). By relieving the stress with the fine crack, formation of such a large crack reaching the piezoelectric active portion can be suppressed.
