A high-frequency (HF) device (2) emits HF pulses (H) at time intervals, during which values are measured that represent HF pulse output and position values (P) are determined that represent an actual position of an object/patient under examination relative to a transmission field. These values define on-load values (B) representing a physiological effect with HF pulses on the object examined. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) A magnetic resonance tomography system with a high-frequency device for transmitting high-frequency pulses; (2) A high-frequency control device for a high-frequency device in a magnetic resonance tomography system.
