<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a land sales support system that lets prospective buyers enter information to increase the chances of housing sales and to automatically determine land purchases if conditions are met, so as to reduce the period required to purchase land, while promoting land liquidization, and providing and supporting in a unified fashion the follow-up services to customers who do not own land. <P>SOLUTION: The land sales support system introduces and provides through the Internet the land meeting the demands of a plurality of subscribing customers who do not own land. The system includes a real estate management server 2 that can be connected by the Internet 4 to customer information device terminals 1.
