PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulation method of waste gypsum wherein paper is separated and removed from the waste gypsum; a solution formed by mixing a paste agent, medical properties and a solvent is made to be absorbed in the fragile, collapsing and scattering waste gypsum; and the waste gypsum is heated, cured and dried and formed into storable particles easy to handle for application. SOLUTION: The present invention comprises following processes: (1) waste gypsum coming from building waste materials is crushed to separate and remove paper, and the waste gypsum is screened into a certain particle size and dried; (2) a paste agent like starch, a medical property like bittern and a solvent like water are mixed to produce a solution; (3) the solution of (2) is sprayed onto the dried waste gypsum particles, or the particles are dipped into the solution to absorb the solution; (4) the waste gypsum having absorbed the solution of (3) is burned, dried and cured; (5) lumps of the cured waste gypsum of (4) are crushed and screened.
