PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve calculating accuracy by making normal random numbers into integers to add the integers to image data after having controlled the distribution of the normal random numbers. SOLUTION: When the normal random numbers with a normal distribution property produced in a normal random number producer are input to a gain controller to control the distribution of the normal random numbers in the gain controller to output the distribution controlled, the calculating accuracy can be improved by making the normal random numbers into the integers after having performed the distributed control.
