PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eddy current flaw detecting probe constituted so as to achieve the stabilitation of the detection characteristics of an inspection target by reducing the thermal effect from the inspection target or a circumferential environment and having a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The eddy current flaw detecting probe has a detection head comprising a yoke around which a coil is wound at its leading end and is constituted so as to inspect the presence of a flaw in the inspection target by applying an AC magnetic field to the inspection target from the leading end of the detection head to detect the eddy current caused in the inspection target by the AC magnetic field through the detection head. An air nozzle, which sprays air on the eddy current flaw detecting probe from its base part toward its leading end along the detection head to form an air stream which forms a heat insulating layer between the detection head and the inspection target, is provided to the eddy current flaw detecting probe.
