PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measurement apparatus using a thermocouple which is easy to manufacture, is sturdy, and inexpensive and a manufacturing method allowing to manufacture the sturdy thermocouple used for the apparatus. SOLUTION: The temperature measurement apparatus uses the thermocouple in which the tip of a first conducting wire and the tip of a second conducting wire, which is made of a different material from the first one, are brought into contact and are fixed to detect temperature of the place at which the part is positioned as electric potential. Parts with a predetermined length of the first conducting wire and the second conducting wire are formed in a tapered-shape such that their thickness gradually reduces toward their tip and are connectively fixed at the tip.
