PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pole having a support structure, which takes up only a narrow installation area and achieves weight reduction. SOLUTION: The pole 10 having the support structure is formed of a pole 12 erected on the ground; a plurality of struts 13 to 18 which are arranged on the pole in multiple stages, and each have a proximal end thereof rotatably connected to a side portion of the pole 12 such that a distal end thereof is movable upward and downward; a plurality of pole supporting strings 19 to 26 which are each diagonally strained by connecting a lower end thereof to a distal end of each of the struts 13 to 18 and an anchor fixed to the ground, and connecting an upper end thereof to the top or to the side portion of the pole 12; and strut fixing strings 27 to 32 which each connect between the distal end of each of the struts 13 to 18 and the distal end of the other struts 13 to 18 vertically adjacent thereto, and connect between the distal end of each of the struts 17, 18 arranged on a lowermost stage and the anchor.
