PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solid foamable bathing agent composition that has a sufficient amount of foams, excellent stability in hard water, foamability and foam persistence. SOLUTION: The solid foamable bathing agent composition comprises (a) powder of an anionic surfactant composed of a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether sulfate having 0.05-2 average addition molar number of an alkylene oxide and has≤30% by mass content of the polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether sulfate, to which≥4 mols of the alkylene oxide is added, based on the total of the powder.
