A device for obtaining circulation of air, a method for mounting the device and a use of the device. For a number of applications there is a need for a cold or warm curtain of air, for example to ensure adequate chilling of food products in a refrigerated/freezer counter. It is an object of the present invention to provide a fan which can be adapted to the individual site regarding fluid curtain length/width by varying the length of the shaft and the number of fan bodies on the shaft.
