<p>A laser with a short pulse is used under normal conditions to deposit a welded layer (2) on a substrate, with particles = 20 mu m. Behind a curtain of optically dense bristles a jet (4) delivers particles to the substrate (1) surface in cycles. The lens (5) of the laser (3) is directed at the substrate for the laser beam to dampen the particle rebound and weld them to the substrate in a patterned layer.</p> |
