The method involves selecting hotels, which have hotel matrix, in consideration of selection criteria. A pair of co-ordinates represents a region contained in a flight matrix, where values are registered in the region. Data that lies in the region of the hotel matrix is selected, where the data represents the co-ordinates. The data from the flight matrix and the hotel matrix are combined with identical co-ordinates to a data record.
