<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the rigidity of a fuel cell case without increasing the number of part items in a mounting structure of an on-vehicle fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell case 10 is arranged under a floor panel 2 of a vehicle. A floor reinforcing member 8 for reinforcing the floor panel 2 is used in common as a reinforcing member for reinforcing the fuel cell case 10.
