PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide intraphase insulating paper which can secure insulation between coils of the same phases applied to a stator coil, and to provide a stator using the intraphase insulating paper. SOLUTION: In a three-phase stator 50 comprising a U-phase coil 51U, a V-phase coil 51V, and a W-phase coil 51W, interphase insulating paper 10UV is interposed between the U-phase coil 51U and the V-phase coil 51V, interphase insulating paper 10VW is interposed between the V-phase coil 51V and the W-phase coil 51W, intraphase insulating paper 60U is interposed between the U-phase coils 51U, intraphase insulating paper 60V is interposed between the V-phase coils 51V, and intraphase insulating paper 60W is interposed between the W-phase coils 51W.
