PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing jig which is secured to a form without marring the same, and allows the operator to easily carry out fastening work only on one side of the fixing jig, which is partitioned by the form. SOLUTION: The fixing jig 1 is for use in fixing an embedding object 18 to a predetermined location inside the form 8. The fixing jig 1 is formed of a support member 2 abutted on an inner surface of the form 8; a fixing bolt 3 inserted into through holes 9, 12 formed in the support member 2 and the form 8, respectively, in a manner being concentric with each other; a deformable resin sleeve 4 which is fitted onto a screw portion 3b formed on the fixing bolt 3 and interposed between a head 3a of the fixing bolt 3 and the support member 2; and a nut 5 which is screwed onto the screw portion 3b of the fixing bolt 3, which protrudes more inside of the form 8 than the support member 2.
