<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the receipt of responses of diffused spectrums largely different in signal strength. <P>SOLUTION: A secondary station having a receiving means for receiving messages from a primary station and a transmitting means for transmitting transmission signals as diffused spectrum signals in response to a received invitation from the primary station is provided.
