<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated component manufacturing method which can suppress the incidence of a deformation and crack in baking and can inhibit the increase of core loss by reducing an inner distortion, a green sheet for a laminated component, and laminated component. <P>SOLUTION: A wiring pattern 2 is printed in a predetermined area on the plain green sheet 1 mounted on a mold 10 using a silver paste (a) and a screen mask 3 is covered on the green sheet 1 (b) where a masking pattern 3a is located corresponding to the area on which the wiring pattern 2 is printed, and a ceramic layer 4 is formed by screen-printing a paste-like ceramic material around the surrounding area of printing area of the wiring pattern 2 (c). The green sheet 20 is obtained for a laminated component where there is no step between the wiring pattern 2 and the green sheet 1 on which the ceramic layer 4 is printed. An inductor build-in type laminated component is manufactured by laminating a plurality of such a green sheet 20 for a laminated component and a plain green sheet in order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
