<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intrusion preventing device in a vehicle capable of physically preventing illegal trespass into a vehicle from outside. <P>SOLUTION: This intrusion preventing device in the vehicle is provided with shutter means 12, 13 and 14 for covering a transparent member 16, which secures outside visibility from inside a vehicle, and a position switching means capable of switching the shutter means between a covering position and an opening position. When a driver leaves the vehicle, a key holder remote controller is operated for input, and the shutter means 12, 13 and 14 and a shutter for a key hole are switched to the covering position.
