VIDEO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, INFORMATION PROCESSING, VIDEO COMMUNICATION METHOD, AND PROGRAM THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide video information (video clips) of a camera server delivered on a network under proper access control while camera control information and a camera control right are usable.

SOLUTION: A video communication system is provided at least with: an administrator viewer 201 connectable to the network and capable of reproducing a video image; and the camera server 101 for distributing video data. A video acquisition section 411 acquires the video data distributed from the camera server 101. A video conversion section 412 generates terminal video data reproduciable by the administrator viewer 201, and establishes access control information of the camera server 101 for the produced terminal video data. A video transmission section 413 transmits the terminal video data including the access control information to the administrator viewer 201.
