<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical treatment instrument with excellent operability in anastomosing tissues etc. under an endoscope. <P>SOLUTION: The surgical treatment instrument 301 comprises an insertion part 302, a control part 303 provided at one end of the insertion part, a treatment part 304 extending from the other end of the insertion part, two clasping members 308 which are provided in the treatment part and which have respective clasping faces, and an opening/closing operation member 305 provided in the control part for opening/closing the clasping members by operating at least one of the clasping members. The surgical treatment instrument also has a cylindrical member 325 provided in the treatment part, a shaft member 331 which is provided at the distal end of the cylindrical member 325 and which has a first flange part 331a at the distal end, and an axial direction moving member which is inserted into the cylindrical member 325 to move in the axial direction of the cylindrical member 325 according to the operation in the control part and which has a second flange part 326c at the distal end. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
