<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system that can spread and promote service for seamless connection between different kinds of networks, without forcing an operator of a PDN to use mobile IPs and can reduce hand-over delay needed for seamless connection, by reducing message processing delay between an HA and an FA. <P>SOLUTION: The HA is installed at a GGSN 101 of a 3GPP system and the FA is installed at a PDG 102 of a WLAN system, respectively, to establish a mobile IP tunnel between the HA and FA, and the HA transfers a down linked data packet transferred from the PDN to the 3GPP side or to WALN side that a terminal as the destination of the down linked data packet belongs to. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
