<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entry management system capable of permitting carrying of an information terminal apparatus provided with a function capable of recording information such as an image, but surely inhibiting the use of the function. <P>SOLUTION: A portable telephone set 1 is constituted so that a camera module provided with a CCD camera can be attached/detached to/from a body and a control part of the portable telephone set 1 discriminates whether the camera module is stored in the body and held in an image pickup available state or not and transmits the discriminated information to a management device 24.
