PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer aided design (CAD) skill judging system, a CAD skill judging method and a program of the same, capable of accurately judging a CAD skill of a subject and accurately judging the skill of each subject and skill difference among subjects even in the case of subjects whose skills are significantly different. SOLUTION: The CAD skill judging system is provided with: a question data transmitting means for transmitting CAD question data; a representative data storage means for storing a CAD representative data which becomes a representative solution of the CAD question data; a receiving means for receiving a CAD solution data which is created from the question data; a comparison means for comparing at least one of an overlapping rate, a center of gravity, a volume and the number of elements; and a grading means for grading the CAD solution data based on result of the comparing.
