PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact agricultural working machine capable of easily changing between the working posture and the non-working posture suitable for the turning and the on-road traveling. SOLUTION: In step ST02, the compact agricultural working machine makes a turn in a non-working posture. In step ST03, a locking piece is unlocked from a locking groove for the work. In step ST04, the backward operation is performed while rotating wheels by the power of an engine. In step ST05, the locking piece is engaged with the locking groove. In step ST06, the machine is in a working posture. In Step ST07, the machine performs the work such as weeding. In step ST08, the machine is stopped at an end of a paddy field. In step ST09, the locking piece is unlocked from the locking groove for the turn. In step ST10, the forward operation is performed while rotating the wheels by the power of the engine.
