PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel economy of a gasoline engine and a diesel engine and reduce exhaust gas. SOLUTION: A magnetic tape is spirally wound around a fuel hose and rubber is vulcanized for covering to realize this fuel hose.
