PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saving type smokeless grill capable of eliminating and deodorizing smoke generated in an incinerator and its odor when passing through a smoke exhaust passage. SOLUTION: This smokeless grill 1 is provided with a shield 10 suspended from a ceiling part in a boundary between an afterburner 7 and a cooking burner 6 in a grill chamber 3, a guide part 12 is provided opposite to the shield 10 in the lower part of an inlet 8a of the smoke exhaust passage 8, and the guide part 12 and the shield 10 form a guide passage 80 facing the afterburner 7. The smoke flowing into the smoke exhaust passage 8 through the guide passage is controlled to lift from the lower part approximately immediately under the afterburner 7 toward the heating face of the afterburner 7. This constitution can burn almost all of the unburned components of the smoke without enlarging the heating capacity of the afterburner 7 and eliminate smoke and odor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
