PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole for receiving stimulation like walking on sands and suitably stimulating the sole. SOLUTION: A mat A is used by being mounted on the foot mounting part of footwear. The mat A comprises: a bag-like material 1 constituted in a bag shape with a soft resin and provided with holes 3 for air entry/exit, where air can enter and exit; and granulated materials 4 put in the bag-like material 1.
