A multilayer element (ME) (6) lies on a shuttered platform limited on the left by a shuttering element (1). An inlaying liner (2) serves to retain linkage devices on the front sides of the ME. A clip links the linkage devices to reinforcement. This produces a link braced against stretching between prefabricated units. Blank pipework (4) and electric wall outlets (5) are embedded in the ME.
