<p>Training device (1) comprises training arms (2, 3) joined together by cables, chains or flexible connecting units (5, 6). The connecting units are guided on opposite-lying sides of first rollers (7a, 7b) which move across the connecting units against the restoring force of a power and resistance unit (4). The end regions of each connecting unit can be wound and unwound opposite rotary directions (Pf1, Pf2). The end regions of the connecting units held in the region of a pivoting axis (8, 9) can be wound and unwound in such a way that the end region of one connecting unit is wound and the end region of another connecting unit is unwound by a pivoting movement. Preferred Features: The training arms are connected to winding wheels (14, 15) for winding and unwinding the connecting units.</p> |
