<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated thin film solar battery which reduces a leakage current where a semiconductor film is laminated when a module is manufactured in series-connection structure, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated thin film solar battery includes a 1st electrode film 11, a semiconductor film 12, and a 2nd electrode film 13 laminated one after another on an insulating substrate 10. The semiconductor film is divided 13p in stripes to expose the substrate and laminated on the 1st electrode film 11, a 2nd electrode film is divided 12p in stripes to expose a 1st electrode film surface and laminated adjacently in parallel to a division groove of the 1st electrode film 11. Then the 1st electrode film 11 and 2nd electrode film 13 are divided in stripes adjacently in parallel to the division groove of the semiconductor film to expose the 1st electrode film surface, and electrically connected in series. The resistivity ρ1 of the semiconductor film laminated on the division groove 13p of the 1st electrode film is made larger than the resistivity ρ2 of the semiconductor film laminated in contact with the 1st electrode film on a unit cell 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
