<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove water according to the remaining amount of water by correctly grasping the amount of water remained in a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: Piping in a connecting part between an inlet side oxidant electrode manifold of the fuel cell 1 and oxidant supply piping is composed of oxidant supply metallic piping 14, piping in a connecting part between an outlet side oxidant electrode manifold and oxidant exhausting piping 13 is composed of oxidant exhausting metallic piping 15, an oxidant electrode side insulating resistance measuring device 19 measuring the insulating resistance of the metallic piping 14 and the metallic piping 15 is connected, and when the insulating resistance measured by the oxidant electrode side insulating resistance measuring device 19 is lower than a prescribed determination value, it is discriminated that water is remained in a distribution channel, and the remaining water is removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
