<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically adjust in a state suitable for each user in an on-vehicle equipment having the adjustment function. <P>SOLUTION: An equipment adjustment ECU 3 estimates the physique of a driver based on information on the driver from a camera 1 and a sensor 2, and the adjustment data is calculated so that the adjustment state of the equipment 5-8 having the adjustment function becomes suitable for the physique of the driver. The calculated adjustment data is transmitted to each ECU of the equipment 5-8.
