摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron emitting element capable of display of bright, high quality and high resolution, a manufacturing method of electron emitting element, and an electro-optical device and an electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: Second electrodes 4A, 4B are formed at a wiring 17, first electrodes 5A, 5B are formed at a wiring 18, a conductive thin film 14A is arranged at the first electrode 5A and the second electrode 5B, a wiring 19 is formed so as to have a first connection part 35 at the first wiring and to connect to the first connecting part 35, and a wiring 20 is formed so as to have a second connecting part 36 at a second wiring and to connect to the second connecting part 36, and a prescribed voltage is impressed on the conductive thin film 14A, 14B from the wiring 19 and the wiring 20.
